Job Summary: The Front Desk Officer will manage their front offices and perform a variety of office administration tasks.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in office management, nursing, public relations. hospitality, secretarial studies, communication, business administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, internet navigation, email and social media.
- Two years of experience as a front office staff in the hospital, medical, hospitality or service sector.
- Customer service oriented person
- Must possess a pleasant, outgoing and warm personality
- Very friendly and likes talking and helping people
- Excellent verbal and telephone communication skills
- Desire to grow a career in customer service
